Sculptural Confluence part 1 by Bob Verhelst
From his carefully constructed portfolio, Serax made a first selection for launch in 2024. This collection includes a range of vases, mood lamps, trays, multi-functionalside tables and an armchair. Although Verhelst does not like fleeting trends, he draws inspiration from the Bauhaus movement, Eileen Gray and Miro. He translates his graphic work and sculptures into tangible objects in wood and ceramics, where geometric shapes dominate and bright and earthy colours alternate. Verhelst has no specific in mind when he design sbut trusts that his creations will find their way to the right place.
Hegoa sofa
Hegoa sofas are infinitely modular thanks to the numerous existing modules. Their galvanized steel structure and their cushions covered with Outdoor\ "ultra-resistant\” Sunbrella fabrics allow them to be placed both in the living room and in the garden. Upholstery Fabric Sunbathing
Inspired by a document from the Maison Pierre Frey archives, BAIN DE SOLEIL reinterprets the striped canvas that transatlantic crossings have made it essential. Its cheerful coloring obtained by warping at the disposal of its chain echoes the diffraction of light decomposed into colored stripes.
BÔA rattan sofa
A sofa structured by large-diameter rattan cane. It is this work on the outline of the object that allowed the integration of caning windows, thus determining the backrest and armrests. Particular care has been taken to the cushion so that it ensures a very good level of comfort. Monoblock seat cushion with removable cover on a strapped seat. Monoblock foam back cushion with removable cover as well. Available in a\ "SIMPLE\” version without caning on the backrest.
