The Laguiole brand has been existing since 1829 and Laguiole en Aubrac remains one of the latest manufactures where the entirety of the production is made from the beginning to the end by a single cutler. Indeed all assembly steps are carried out by a single craftsman with a hand carving forged spring and an adjustment on sight. The whole range composed of folding knives, tableware and wine accessories, is life guaranteed against any manufacturing defect.
