Born from the common reflection of a whole profession, LE THIERS bears the name of its city, the French capital of cutlery. This exceptional knife reflects the ancestral know-how of a long cutlery tradition. Its manufacture is subject to the rules of a Jurande (law) modelled on that of 1582 which regulated all cutlery in Thiers for nearly three centuries.
