Our jams are cooked in small batches, in copper cauldrons according to the traditional method, with absolutely no additives or preservatives.

Confiture Parisienne was founded by Nadège Gaultier and Laura Goninet in 2015 to carry on with the work of the capital’s jam artisans who made fruits delicacies with local harvests in the beginning of the 20th century. In their jam factory located right in the center of Paris, they make unexpected and tasty handmade jam with seasonal fruits and unrefined sugar. Cooked in small batches in copper cauldrons according to tradition, the jams are offered in carefully designed and lacquered jars to protect them from light and guarantee conservation.
