FREDERIQUE CAILLET
Virebent is one of the last porcelain manufacturers making exclusively in France. Its particularity is to work entirely by hand on original pieces, conceived and created by the designer Vincent Collin.
Virebent works entirely by hand in three noble materials, porcelain, stoneware and earthenware, using traditional techniques of casting, calibrating and pressing. The mastery of these techniques enables Virebent to respond to many uses by producing unique pieces, encouraging research into enamels and the participation of major French and foreign designers. Its unique know-how has been recognised by numerous awards and by the Musée des Arts Décoratifs de Paris. Virebent was labelled a living heritage company by the French government in 2007.
