Aiming for the world's best cutting ability, these sewing scissors were jointly developed with Nobuki Hizume, a world-renowned hat designer who was awarded the M.O.F. in France, the equivalent of a Japanese living national treasure.

Realizing the ultimate functional beauty of scissors by pursuing the movement of human hands and sharpness of blades was not an easy way. For the handle, we have thoroughly pursued a new handle design that follows the hand perfectly without being bound by the existing scissors design. For the blade, we incorporated knowledge not only from sewing scissors but also from hairdressing scissors in order to achieve the optimal cutting ability for each application. More than 17 versions of prototypes and 8 years of development, O is finally came to light.
