The motivation to develop this exciting PaulaG Homeware brand comes from a deep sense of responsibility to serving her community, and have a powerfully positive impact on marginalized and vulnerable youth. The creativity was inspired by night watchmen who worked long and tedious nightshifts decades ago. They utilized abandoned telephone wire to decorate their wooden weapons of defense (knobkerries). This bespoke homeware celebrates the handmade, and is testimony to another unique African art heritage.
