TAN (CHINA) / YUNG HO CHANG
He was born in Beijing, he studied in China and in the United States, where in 1984 he obtained a master's degree in architecture at the University of California at Berkeley.
From 1992 he developed his activity in China, where he founded the Atelier Feichang Jianzhu (FCJZ) in 1993. He has won many prizes. He has published eight books and monographs. He has participated in many international art and architecture exhibitions, including the Venice Biennale. He was a professor and founding principal of the Graduate Center of Architecture of Peking University; he held the Kenzo Tange chair at Harvard in 2002 and that of Eliel Saarinen at the University of Michigan in 2004.
