Lili primarily works with chamotte clay, a coarse, irregular-textured material that gives each piece its unique character. Patiently shaped by hand, her forms retain the intentional trace of every gesture, like a discreet script engraved in the clay. Through this dialogue between raw forms, simple gestures, and delicate finishes, she composes silent, inhabited pieces where hybridity evokes buried stories, somewhere between reality and imagination.
