Heng Seng is the first, only, and last shop in Talat Noi dedicated to making and selling Chinese prayer cushions.

Every cushion is handcrafted by Jeab Wimon Luangaroon, the sole heir who continues the traditional cushion-making methods passed down from her grandfather over 100 years ago. From the square cushions made for rattan chairs in the era of Grandpa Iew Yew Hui to the round temple cushions of Mama Miewlang SaeIew’s time, Heng Seng’s cushions have evolved beyond Chinese shrine use. Today, they’ve become modern home decor pieces in various shapes and sizes, beloved by design enthusiasts.
