Ceramic Studio Suk Jeen

Ceramic studio sukjeen reinterprets the traditional Korean Moon jar with a modern sensibility, creating unique pieces that incorporate sophisticated and luxurious gold and platinum. Inspired by the starry night sky visible from the workshop, the studio meticulously engraves the universe onto these moon jars. A distinctive feature of Ceramic studio sukjeen is that the entire process, from hand –collecting clay from jiri mountain in Korea to wheel throwing and wood fired kiln firing, is carried out solely by the artist.
