KAMI-KAMI © is a new material developed from upcycled keratin fibres, designed for contemporary design, interior architecture and bespoke creations.

KAMI-KAMI © is a natural material developed from repurposed keratin fibres by French artist and designer Laurie Demir, working under the name LORIG. A multiple award-winning innovation, notably recognised through the Isola Design Awards, KAMI-KAMI © was presented at Milan Design Week 2026. Through KAMI-KAMI ©, Laurie Demir creates artworks, lighting, furniture pieces and bespoke projects in collaboration with architects, brands and luxury houses. Each piece is crafted using a unique artisanal process developed by the artist.
