L’Atelier Rosie is an artisanal cutlery workshop that designs and creates its own registered knife designs. Each piece is handcrafted and made to order, according to your preferences.

L’Atelier Rosie is a French artisanal cutlery workshop transforming oyster shells into unique cutlery pieces. Inspired by our region and the world of the Arcachon Bay, we design and craft exceptional knives in our own workshop, combining recycled oyster shells, fine woods and French craftsmanship. Each design is created and registered by us, then handcrafted piece by piece with meticulous attention to detail. Giving oyster shells a second life to create exceptional objects: that is the essence of L’Atelier Rosie.
