Les Mondes de Ma is a ceramic studio founded by Marie Azzopardi in Paris. I create glazed stoneware pieces, wheelthrown, for tableware and interior decoration. From one-of-a-kind pieces to small series, my work combines a search for form with a thoughtful approach to surface decoration. Inspired by the simple things that spark my curiosity and the charm of timeworn objects, my creations reflect my attachment to things that stand the test of time and carry a story. My work seeks a balance between material, gesture and intention, to create pieces that bring character to the spaces we inhabit.
