The Danish design studio behind OBA — the sculptural soap that rests on its own resin tray.

MATIAS MOELLENBACH is an independent Danish design studio founded by Central Saint Martins and Royal Danish Academy graduate Matias Møllenbach. Our breakout piece is OBA: a translucent 240 g sphere of soap resting on a sculpted resin tray, turning an everyday ritual into an object for the bathroom. OBA comes in five scents — Citralis, Papaya, Rosevale, Aloe Vera and Terralis — each with its own colour and mood, with refills available. Alongside OBA, the studio designs furniture, rugs, lighting and objects with a timeless language of their own.
