REGAL CERAMIC made by Otero REGAL, in Viveiro, Lugo, Galicia, using sandstone and porcelain.

In 1982 Otero Regal, who already has a long experience as a potter since the 1970's, started up his REGAL CERAMICA workshop in ‘A Porta da Vila’ in Viveiro-Lugo in the north of Galicia. Currently the workshops are located within the cultural and museum complex ‘REGALXUNQUEIRA’ in Viveiro. From the beginning, the production planning was design, artisanal elaboration both in relation to the raw material and the differential character of our production, taking popular pottery and 20th century art as a starting point.
