CONGO STUDIO

CONGO STUDIO is a design studio based in Barcelona, Spain. Founded in 2013 by Laia Blesa, CONGO STUDIO produces a range of art prints, limited editions art prints, stationery and paper goods.

CONGO STUDIO is an innovative, contemporary project which combines photography, calligraphy and typography to create visual narratives inspired by a quest for freedom. The common themes of nature, poetry, geometry and minimalism are all found in the brand’s products. The CONGO STUDIO prints present evocative black and white photography, often that of CONGO STUDIO’s go to photographer, Salva López. The impacting images are framed with metallic details and exude simple yet direct mesages.
