The GIFU Collections is the result of a collaboration between the design studio of SEBASTIAN CONRAN and fourteen chosen specialist artisan makers from rural Gifu area of Japan. The collection celebrates the rich and diverse craft heritage that dates back 1,300 years, it combines traditional craftsmanship with an original and contemporary design ethos. Over 60 pieces in the collection span: lighting, ceramics, stationery and kitchen tools using diverse fabrication methods and traditional materials.
