MOLO is a Canadian design and manufacturing studio led by Stephanie FORSYTHE and Todd MACALLEN.
Dedicated to an exploration of space making in combination with experiments in manufacturing, materials, and structure, MOLO explores overlapping realms of art, architecture and design, creating projects as diverse as a museum in Japan, a glass tea set and a modular folding wall system. Experience the soft collection of flexible paper and textile partitions, lighting, and furniture.
molo · flexible building for our evolving world
In these exceptional times, we are mindfully redefining how we interact with our surroundings and our community across scales. We are building new rituals in familiar places, new proximities through shared distance. The fluidity of space is being explored as our homes become our studios, our schools, our shelter, all while maintaining the intimacy and functionality of a dwelling.
workplace as living space · molo at MAISON&OBJET 2019
The workplace is inherently also a living space. At MAISON&OBJET this September, molo welcomes you to define the productive environment not only as multifunctional, but as multi-experiential, proposing physical, flexible space-making to engage both mind and place.
