Product description
Ideal for heating baby food, sauces, milk and low fat foods, without the risk of boiling over. Very handy for melting chocolate without the risk of burning.
Works according to the sous vide principle: water is heated between the walls so that the contents of the pot can be indirectly melted or heated. The food in the pot cannot boil over or burn.
The double-wall is easy to fill, thanks to the opening at the top of the handle (incl. water level indicator). Steam will come out of the opening at the top as soon as the water boils between the walls.
