Product description
The fabric is made in Japan, as are the fabric subprocess such as dyeing and sewing. Before dyeing, we apply a traditional beaching technique, called wazarashi, to clean and sterilize the cotton. This process involves a slow four-day bleaching of the fabric. A softening process is also applied for finishing, which gives a very soft and gentle feel to the skin, even just out of the package. After repeat washing, it becomes even softer. Elastic band around entire edge. Custom size orders available, but require a minimum lot size.
