Product description
This knife has a 220mm/9'' long blade with a 50/50 grind, 3mm thick 14c28n Sandvik steel blade hardened at 61HRC and Cryo treated. The knife has a random mixed handles with Copper, Wood assortment and Black/Brown/Tan leather discs finished with Sand casted and hand polished brass bolster and pommel. This chef's knife is suitable for almost all regular cutting operations which involve a cutting board. More Unique pieces
