Product description

Almond pastes are small cakes (Italian: pasticcini) with a melting center and a slightly more compact surface. These cakes can be enjoyed at any time of day, and are the perfect accompaniment to sweet wines such as Marsala. Marzipan is a typical Sicilian pastry. The main ingredients are sugar, egg white, honey and, of course, almonds. These cakes can be flavored with citrus or pistachio. These sweets are created in a small patisserie laboratory;
