Product description
These baskets are woven by hand from elephant grass, which grows naturally in northern Ghana. The grass is dried, cut in half and twisted to make it flexible for weaving. Elephant grass products can be cleaned and reshaped by moistening them with water. These sturdy and durable market baskets with woven handles make shopping easy. They're also great for storing toys, magazines, newspapers, newspapers, knitting projects, and for transporting recyclable items.
