Product description
Sākuru in Japanese has two meanings, one of them being ‘circle’; hence the name for this Gabbeh by Zollanvari Studio that draws inspiration from meisen kimonos updated for contemporary interiors. The design details are circles in varying sizes that ‘swirl round’ like a liquid whirlpool. Turmeric is a main fashion colour for spring/summer 2020 – a design inspired by a century-old garment in the trend colour of current catwalks. Our master-dyer created an intense yellow colour using natural Turmeric – a core spice in Persian cuisine and nowadays a panacea for the health-conscious! More Indoor floor coverings
