Time Leaves Its Traces on Blank Spaces. The 'Sul' (a knot created with many fine threads) of the traditional Korean 'Norigae' has been utilized as an ornament, overwhelming the space with bold, long strands. These strands draw a stroke throughout the space, transforming the background into a meaningful empty space. As time passes, traces are left within these empty spaces. In Korea, it has long been a tradition to gift a Norigae as a wish for someone’s happiness. In this spirit, we hope that, over time, the blissful traces you leave behind will coalesce to form a beautiful painting.
