The Saggar Stack is a tulip stacking vase, but of course, it can hold other flowers as well. This unique vase is inspired by a saggar: a container traditionally used in China to protect ceramic objects in the kiln or to maintain a stable temperature. The saggars were stacked in the kiln, sometimes over 3 meters high, to fire more pieces at once. During her stay in China at the end of 2019, Inge Bečka visited old saggar workshops. This inspired the idea to use this traditional container shape as the main form for the vase.You start with a vase + lid, and you can continue building the stack hiProduct specifications
