The Relief console is in maple and smoked oak. The indents lighten the structure and create contrast. The top is adorned with a sun made of maple veneer; the dovetailed drawer is a suspended pull-out. Its added facade is made of cast tin, like the molding of the plinths. The console draws its inspiration from the Art Deco and Louis 16 styles, as well as from the boiserie repertoire. I wanted to transpose mountain memories, between reflections on a lake and chaotic reliefs, sunsets and dark nights, materialized by the impression of tin on granite and the choice of nuanced woods.
