The kit consists of two elements: six rings with a diameter of 70 mm made of TPlus+, a non-deformable material suitable for oven use, perfect for creating the base, and a silicone mould with six cavities of 106 ml each, allowing you to make a mousse or creamy layer to place on top of the shortcrust pastry. The rings are non-stick, stainless, ensure even baking, and provide high thermal stability.
