A rectangular pendant from the “Ancient Soul” collection in ancient bog oak from deposits radiocarbon-dated to around 7,500 years, set in clear jewellery resin, with decorative gold-tone leaf flakes. The oak's deep black is entirely natural: it formed without any dye, through long contact between the wood, water and minerals. The gold-tone flakes form no repeated pattern — they fall as the material allows. Fine particles set in the resin create a star-dust effect in the light — the impression of a million stars in the night sky. The rectangular form is stable and legible, yet thoroughly contemporary. About 40 × 23 mm — clearly visible, yet comfortable to wear. A high-gloss finish emphasises the depth of the materials.
