A timeless KOMA round table defined by its simple, refined design with no unnecessary elements. The edge of the tabletop is carefully rounded by hand using a Japanese hand plane, creating a soft, gentle form that can only be achieved through craftsmanship. This rounded edge also makes the table comfortable to rest your hands on, embodying KOMA’s pursuit of functional beauty. Because of its simple construction, we pay close attention to every detail. We carefully select wide, defect-free timber and match the grain and color from dozens of boards to create a beautifully balanced tabletop. Each piece is then finished by hand with Japanese hand planes, bringing out the wood’s natural grain and smooth, warm texture.
