Description

Earth, color, flavor, everyday objects, each of which has its history, allow contemporary use adapted. Provence today, the current table art, handmade in France recognized experience and excellence of craftsmanship. BARBOTINE makes folk pottery. For the production methods that we use in our studio, for the robust forms we choose inspired by French gastronomy and for the slip decorations like the marbling & the sgrafitto. We were awarded the “EPV” by our government. The “EPV” recognizes that our pottery is a living French tradition. This pottery is utilitarian, made for easy, everyday use.
