The kitchen knives in the Claude Dozrme Haute Cuisine range are entirely made in France in its century-old workshops. The blades are made of a very high-end X50CrMoV15 steel (excellent cutting performance and easy re-sharpening). The shape of this knife is a transformation of the traditional French knife model which has been redesigned with a solid stainless steel protective guard allowing protection for the fingers. There are several models, ranging from a chef's knife to a paring knife, to a bread knife or a multi-purpose knife.
