Devils Tower, also called Bear Lodge, was declared America’s first national monument by President Theodore Roosevelt. Being a butte composed of igneous rock, this is a natural monument, sacred for many native American tribes. Porustudio designed Wyo Stool getting inspired by the imposing shape of the monument and in the natural background where it belongs. Reinterpreting it in a modern and sophisticated way, Wyo Stool is an opulent, yet elegant cylindrical stool in upholstered in velvet with its base in black stained ashwood and with a lacquered stripe in the middle with a patina.
