Ikat rug in bamboo silk

Product description
Ikat is literally a tie-dying method. The weft yarns are dyed before weaving to create this blurry ikat effect.
In the past Minimalist rugs in wool have been woven using a slit tapestry structure by floating the weft over the warp. We have achieved a similar structure in a dhurrie weave to create the blurry ikat effect.
