Product description
Our range of products for sweet and savoury cuisine consists of chutneys and candied, perfect to accompany foie gras, cheeses and white meats, as well as honeys. This all-flowered honey is harvested in hives surrounded by the Mediterranean flora: orange, rapeseed, lavender and sage. The cells are de-operculated with a knife and then cold-extracted at about 30° by mechanical centrifugation. We offer 2 variants (nature and honey & hazelnut) with a creamy texture, enjoyed on bread, added to milkshakes or yoghurt or brushed on meat. More Delicatessen
