Honey

Our range of products for sweet and savoury cuisine consists of chutneys and candied, perfect to accompany foie gras, cheeses and white meats, as well as honeys. This all-flowered honey is harvested in hives surrounded by the Mediterranean flora: orange, rapeseed, lavender and sage. The cells are de-operculated with a knife and then cold-extracted at about 30° by mechanical centrifugation. We offer 2 variants (nature and honey & hazelnut) with a creamy texture, enjoyed on bread, added to milkshakes or yoghurt or brushed on meat.
