Kris Demuelenaere designed the limited edition bronze sculpture Unfolding gratitude as a tribute to pioneers of modern abstract art like Jean Arp and Jorge Oteiza, grateful for unconsciously leading him to his vocation as a sculptor. Walking around this piece, the viewer will be surprised by its versatility, resulting from crisp lines in interaction with rolling curves. A carefully applied dark brown patina adds texture and intensity to this handmade artwork.
