New Argentinian Restaurant Concept

In the center of Cadiz, “La Chancha y los 20” has appeared. It is a new concept of an Argentinian restaurant, the decoration of which has been entrusted to the interior designers of MisterWils, Bruno Bermudez and Adrian Gomez. The owners of the premises, Isabel Perez and Javier Senese, are not at their first Argentinian restaurant in the region, they had already opened a few years ago “La Vaca Atada”, restaurant for which they had already trusted MisterWils , and which has since acquired significant weight in the panorama of catering in Cadiz. Scandinavian style lamps, textile chairs and teak wood tables or natural rattan armchairs complete the decor, making it a welcoming and warm space. The local architecture made of ancient arches and “ostioneras” stones typical of Cadiz and its region, create a unique setting. It is a large room where the plates are plentiful. But the star of the restaurant is of course the meat, or rather the meats (the establishment has no less than two grills) which are available in different dishes, some traditional Argentine gastronomy, others perfectly innovative, mixing meat and beer on the plate. In the kitchen, Enrique Cabello, 25 years of experience in catering and whose CV is known and recognized among the professionals of the region.
