Collaboration with Museo Thyssen Bornemiszha, in Madrid, in 2014. We developed a design inspired in the works of Balthasar Van der Ast, a Dutch Golden Age painter. In the chosen work of art is still life painting with tulips and butterflies. We decided to take one of the butterflies as the patterns and the shapes are beautifully made and can be simulated through the carvings in the two layer acetate.
