Flippan’Look at “Daughters of the Nile” exhibition in Madrid
We are proud to announce that we will be partecipating at “Daughters of the Nile. Women and Society in Ancient Egypt” exhibition, that will take place from June 10th to December 21s at Palacio de las Alhajas in Madrid.
For this, we have made a special selection of our products that will be available at the Exhibition Shop. The purpose of Daughters of the Nile is to bring the Spanish public closer to Egyptian culture from a different perspective: that of the status and role of women in ancient Egyptian society. This is the first exhibition held exclusively on this theme and the largest, with almost 300 pieces from 12 countries. Among the lending organizations are more than 27 museums, public and private foundations and institutions, both national and international, as well as five private collectors. Most of the “star” pieces have never been shown in Spain and many of them are on loan for the first time from their museums, and therefore, the public will have a unique opportunity to appreciate them.
