Studio Maison Sarah Lavoine signs the new headquarters of L'Oréal Luxe, "Seine 62". A building of 45,000 m2 on 8 floors, in Levallois, where 2,500 employees work in style! The time spent in the workplace is increasingly important. The need for a very lively, very warm environment, the need to feel good in the office, revisited in a "like at home" style were the main inspirations for our mission. Our experience in the field of residential or hotel accommodation has found its place in this pharaonic project. A unique and feminine space where functional furniture and everyday objects harmonize to create an atmosphere of well-being in the office. We are welcomed by a beautiful staircase with bewitching curves that imposes itself in the entrance hall and takes us to the floors. We thought, designed, fitted out, furnished the work spaces, the catering areas and a huge living space. Like a village square, the Forum is a strategic place, very versatile, very convivial, conducive to concentration, an exchange between employees or a coffee break. Each workstation and its furniture has been conceived and designed by our studio. Many of the spaces are designed as living spaces. The meeting rooms are transformed into lunch rooms, the sofas can be used for individual work sessions. We also signed the realization of 3 catering spaces, a trattoria, a burger and a Japanese decorated in a common style but whose details evoke the different gastronomies. The lighting is diversified and produces very different atmospheres throughout the building. Our modern vision of working in spaces that are pleasant to live in and with a signed imprint.
