Orange Week in Paris - Paris Design Week 2022
After the successful exhibition at the Museo Poldi Pezzoli during the Milan Design Week, La Manufacture brings a selection of its collection especially released in orange to its boutique in the heart of Paris.
On the occasion of the Paris Design Week, the flagship store will host a special set up with a strong orange focus, both for the interior and on the window-shops with a dedicated graphic identity, displaying a selection of pieces now available for sale: from the Champignon pouf by Front to the Gardian stool by Patrick Norguet, passing by the Liaison armchair by Luca Nichetto and the Wired Chair by Michael Young together with many more. The orange nuance takes its inspiration from the vision of La Manufacture as a dynamic creative hub and construction site with a work in progress quality. Drawn from men at work’s orange vests, the orange color dresses all the existing firm’s iconic pieces with a new twist. All materials, from wood and metal to glass and ceramics, as well as upholstery are rendered in the same specially created zingy tone. La Manufacture has carefully selected for the upholstery the textiles Vidar and Gentle from Denmark specialist Kvadrat’s collection developed in partnership with fashion designer Raf Simons. Due to the high number of requests and the enthusiasm expressed after the exhibition during the Milan Design Week, la Manufacture has decided to transform the “orange collection” into a special limited edition: only a limited number of pieces per product will be edited and then the production will end.
