Conviviality and authenticity are the daily hallmarks of the Enfin restaurant. The leather covering on the tables creates a hushed atmosphere, with the sound of cutlery dampened by the thickness of the material. For her leather table accessories, Carole Eckert, the owner of the restaurant, chose a 'blue' thread to punctuate the important moments of the meal: a wine list, a menu holder, a cutlery display and a bill holder. As the restaurant's project is part of a local approach, the leather selected is that of the Degermann tannery, located in Barr, in the same town as the establishment.
