Rénovation et extension du restaurant
The project involves the expansion of the historic Traubenwirt restaurant, located on the ground floor of a centuries-old building in the center of Bressanone. The main intervention consists of creating an opening within the thick basement walls, connecting the original restaurant to a new contemporary Stube, establishing continuity between past and present. The design reinterprets the traditional character of the interiors in a modern way, through updated materials, proportions, and textures that still respect the building’s history. The new space features custom-made furniture designed to optimize functionality within a compact area, resulting in a balanced environment that combines contemporary elegance with its historic context.
