Construction of a new apartment
The project involves the creation of a private two-story penthouse within a new residential building, with the aim of designing soft, welcoming spaces with fluid spatial arrangements. The third floor houses the living area, kitchen, and master bedroom, while the fourth floor is dedicated to the children’s bedrooms. Custom-made furniture organizes the spaces and integrates hidden doors to maintain visual continuity and harmony. Natural, locally sourced materials were used to ensure a healthy indoor environment: timber structure, solid elm for furniture and flooring, clay plaster for interior walls, Alps Glitter stone for bathrooms and kitchen, and regional Swiss pine in the children’s rooms to create a calming atmosphere.
