Mid-century elegance, reimagined by DUISTT

For Maison&Objet 2022, DUISTT conceived a stand inspired by the spirit of 1950s modernist interiors, where Brazilian influences, organic forms and Portuguese craftsmanship came together in a warm and sophisticated setting. The lounge area was centered around the Oscar Wood Sofa, paired with the Apollo Armchair in stainless steel and leather, the Oscar Armchair upholstered in bouclé fabric, and the Bossa Side Tables crafted in Estremoz marble and lacquered wood. Leaning casually against the wall, the Constantin Mirror added depth and personality to the residential-inspired composition. At the entrance, a more distinctly Brazilian atmosphere welcomed visitors with the Ipanema Console in blue lacquered wood with a shaded effect, the Ginga Armchair, and the Lune C Stool upholstered in a custom blue-toned COM fabric. The Stardust Wall Lights completed the setting with a sculptural and refined lighting presence. At the back of the stand, the dining area featured a round red lacquered dining table surrounded by Bossa Chairs, while a curated selection of signature pieces — including the Tanoco Armchair, Duistt Basic 1.1, and Oscar Small Chair — showcased the breadth of DUISTT’s collections and craftsmanship. All images feature tagged products, allowing visitors to discover and access each piece directly on MOM.
