Eye Lounge Chair
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. With sleek, angular, front legs and flowing smooth connections, the Eye lounge chair is a hallmark solid wooden seating design. The curved backrest, reminiscent of a winked eye, inspired the name of the chair. Think subtle elegance with a stylish edge. Designed by Alain van Havre.
Oak Stairs storage unit
An angular composition, designed by Alain van Havre, forms the heart of a design that aims to move away from traditional static and motionless surfaces. A one-way direction of volume is created that changes your perception of the locker when you walk.

inner circle by maarten baas
Maarten Baas is renowned for his playful objects that evoke the imperfection of the human hand instead of the straight line of the machine. For his new collaboration with valerie_objects, it is no different. Inner Circle is a large set of tableware objects, from plate to water can, contriving that typical human and playful Maarten Baas feel. Every object is a materialisation of imperfect circles that Baas drew by hand. The irregular shapes combine well, making it easy to create an organic composition on the dinner table.
Limited edition wooden sculpture
Scott VanderVoort is a New York based artist. He works in both two and three dimensions, with paint, sculpture, and installation – often inspired by ancient and primitive communities’ communication and artefact-making. Our Modern Shapes Editions aspire to capture in wood form some of the artist’s penchant for simple complexity.
La Mère by Marie Michielssen
La Mère, the first ceramic tableware line of Marie Michielssen, is a loving ode to the (grand-)mother figure and women in general. Marie has a lot of respect for women who, despite all social pressure, remain close to their core and use properties such as intuition, binding force and emotional intelligence in a positive way. The desire for warmth and connectedness is part of human nature. And what is more beautiful than bringing together family and friends around a carefully-laid table? Eating good food together is so much more than a basic need to fulfil.
Norma lounge chair
The Norma lounge chair has a distinctive design which unites dark stained oak wood and tactile rope. With its sturdy oak legs and round-shaped frame, it supports a generous seat made of tightly-strung acrylic rope.
Angela Cabinets and Console
The Angela collection is an example of elegance and lightness. Composed of two wardrobes and a console available in natural and black finishes, it invites itself gently into contemporary decors. Enhanced by elegant metal legs, the structure of Angela furniture is made of solid mango wood whose asperities we wanted to preserve for more naturalness. Each model is therefore unique. The doors are enhanced with a bamboo weave, creating a delicate transparency effect.
Cena by Vincent Van Duysen
For the CENA dinner service, architect Vincent Van Duysen set to work with the archetypes of tableware. They were then seamlessly translated into the acclaimed Van Duysen signature: warm and purified. “CENA brightens up the table through its combination of various natural materials such as glazed porcelain, wood and smoked glass. Together, these materials create a warm and cheerful atmosphere that perfectly translates to everyone’s taste and lifestyle thanks to my familiar palette of colours in off-white and greige,” says Van Duysen.
