COCOLAN Yama is a new style of chochin that brings the warmth and healing qualities of nature into everyday life, using traditional Chochin Yame techniques. The series is designed around the theme of Japanese mountains, with soft shapes that mimic the shape of a mountain. Handcrafted one by one by skilled artisans, the soft light blends into the space and adds a soft ambiance to the living room or bedside table. Yama chocolate lanterns harmonize tradition and natural beauty, offering a moment of calm in a busy life.
SUZUSAN LIVING - Fabric decoration
Soft contours and delicate, irregular color gradients and transitions are characteristic of textiles that have been refined using the shibori technique. Because every piece is made exclusively by hand and each crafter leaves their ‘signature’, every single item is completely unique.
Yosegi Combination Table
This is a combination table made of Yosegi (Japanese marquetry) inspired by origami. Yosegi means wound-together wood. Hakone Yosegi was designated as a Japanese traditional craft by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry Features of Yosegi are natural wood colors woven together in geometric patterns.
Moment
This table lamp consists of a series of interconnecting tubes, creating the sensation of time standing still.Standardized pipes have been finished using advanced metalworking techniques. By maximizing the characteristics of stainless steel material, known for its thin yet strong nature, I’ve created a sculptural and floating design. The design, which evokes a sense of time standing still, expresses the durability and recyclability of stainless steel materials. The continuity of the different lengths of the tubes brings a pleasant rhythm to any space.
YOTSUBA
This lighting fixture has an impressive four-leaf pattern spun by ultra-fine fiberglass. The traditional Japanese beauty is sublimated in a modern way, and the design is appealing because it blends in with any interior, regardless of whether it is Japanese or Western. The soft light passing through the double shades reduces glare and brings warmth that envelops the entire space. The shades, carefully crafted by artisans using traditional Japanese weaving techniques, create a special space with a beautiful arc and a four-leaf pattern in the center.
HINOKI PENDULUM CLOCK
A spring-driven pendulum clock from the 1950s and 60s has been reproduced as a quartz clock. The frame is made from thinned cypress wood with beautiful grain, and the dial is made of mermaid paper to recreate the texture of washi paper. The nostalgic design is sure to evoke childhood memories. The moment you take the clock out of the box, you are enveloped in the pleasant scent of cypress, which calms your mind, as if you were taking a walk in the forest. As this wood is susceptible to changes over time, it is also fun to watch the color change over time as this pendulum clock changes.

COPPER ART PANEL / Japan Traditional Craft
Applying the traditional Takaoka-Douki "copper coloring" technique, this art panel is made of copper colored by oxidation. Koji ORII, Master of traditional Crafts, makes the panels, which he emotionally depicts with images of the landscape of Toyama Prefecture in Japan's Hokuriku region, are finished like works of painting, despite being made of copper plates. ‘Kangetsu’ is an interior light inspired by Japan's culture of moon viewing and appreciating the changing seasons. It features a design that, like the moon, invites enjoyment simply through viewing. It has resin parts crafted with the same techniques used for 'Akari Monyo,' along with wood and washi paper (traditional Japanese paper), embodying the full skill of our artisans. The wooden parts are crafted using the traditional kumiki technique, which is also used in shrines, temples, and mikoshi (portable shrines), combining wooden materials into intricate assemblies.
