Pierre Hermé has total passion for flavor. A cake virtuoso, he has created new classics, such as the Ispahan, which combines raspberry, rose, and litchi flavors. Voted Best Pastry Chef in the World by the Academy of the World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2016, he now heads up a network of dozens of retail outlets in twelve countries, and employs no less than 700 individuals. In 2017, partnering with L'Occitane, he opened 86Champs, a space that offers a new take on gourmet pleasures and cosmetics, designed by Laura Gonzalez, on the most beautiful avenue on Earth.
