PHILIP | Center table
Philip Center Table takes Ezra's challenging concepts of design and interprets them in an all-new and natural way. The structure of this magnificent center table turns around the different variations of the geometrical round shape and follows the unusual base idea of the fabulous dining table. The soft, organic shapes of the legs play with the geometric shapes of the travertine tops, highlighting the natural beauty of the high-quality materials that were used to handcraft the unique product.
Necklace-Glasses Decò Manhattan and Decò Madrid
Inspired by the Art Decò lines, this beautiful pendant becomes presbyopia glasses in a chic gesture. It's rich colors make a perfect complement for your look. Designed in Spain and made with the best quality materials in acetate and brass. You can choose between two models: Decò Manhattan, in blue mosaic and gold, and Decò Madrid, in black and gold. The lenses are graduated to power +2.00 offering a magnifying effect valid for all prescriptions ranging from +1.50 to +3.00.
Paper Clay Vase (Natural with Blue Strip Double)
An innovative play of sustainably sourced natural fibers: pineapple, abaca and cogon grass pulp mixed with natural adhesive to create a solid yet lightweight and water resistant paper clay material. Hand painted with tulco for accent and bamboo strip for handle. Available in custom shapes and sizes.
Rivet series
Aluminium can be difficult to weld and screw. With that in mind a riveting/tenon technique was developed for the Rivet project. This was also a way to experiment with different variations of visual assembling. The straightforward design is laser cut and hammered by hand, which puts it in a category between craftsmanship and industrial production. LAYERS is handmade, each shade is unique. It offers a soft and radiant light that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere in your interior.Daphna Laurens is a design studio founded in Eindhoven in 2008 by 2 designers who both graduated from the Design Academy in Eindhoven. The stylistic research of this studio is oriented towards experimentation, both in the search for new forms and in the use of materials, in order to transform everyday products into objects that have their own identity.
Nina Tolstrup & Jack Mama
Nina Tolstrup draws on a deep grounding in design and an innate connection to nature that is inherent in her Scandinavian roots and was honed during her training at ENSCI-Les Ateliers in Paris. Combining this with her diverse experience in trends, design management, photo journalism and marketing in Paris, London and Copenhagen gives her a 360-degree perspective and a unique approach to design. Born into a Greek-Cypriot family in the East End of London, Jack Mama enjoyed the rich influences of a multicultural and cosmopolitan upbringing. After graduating from the Royal College of Art, he worked in the Netherlands and Sweden as creative director for several global brands, developing a reputation for visionary work in design futures and design-led strategy, which led to innovative products and new business models. His work with Philips, Electrolux, Nike and BMW has been widely recognised with awards and global exhibitions. In 2000, they founded the multidisciplinary design studio "Studiomama" based in east London.
